My Yoga Journey!

Yoga has been a very important part of my life for the past 10+ years.  It all started from a yoga class I took in college to get an "easy A" ... turned out to be harder than I thought, but also very interesting.  I learned the basics of what yoga is about and how to find time to disconnect and fully relax.  From there I began to look for studios in the area where I can expand and develop new skills.  Being that I was a college student I followed all the intro deals and managed to explore just about every studio in North Jersey.  This allowed me to discover different practices of yoga and different styles of teaching.  From Kundalini, to Vinyasa, hot power yoga, bikram, acro yoga, aerial yoga and mediation classes (who knew there were so many options).  I learned many lessons and tips along the way that have shaped the way I live my life today.  But it wasn't until the last couple years and through my Yoga Teacher Training program that I discovered the true powers of this practice and how it can change lives, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully and my goal is to share all the lessons I have learned through my own practice with as many people as possible to help others life their life to their fullest potential, mind body and soul!

Helping others is my passion and I truly believe its also my mission,  i couldn't think of a better way to help humanity than to spread the love yoga can provide.

During my YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) at Home Yoga in Ramsey, NJ, I discovered that Yoga is not something I should aim to fully master, but rather a continuous growth experience where the journey gets better and better.  The name "Forever Blooming Yogi" came about from that very important lesson. That we are forever aiming to bloom into the beautiful enlightened beings we are meant to be.  Much like the lotus flower, we flow from darkness to light until we reach full bloom.

Lets bloom together!
